Our Hotel is on Elvis Presley BVLD, is that a safe part of town?

I already asked a question about TN, and was reassured so I feel better, but I want to make sure our hotel isn't right in the middle of gang territory or anything.
Most reviews on it rate the location as 4 stars, but there are a few that said it was a rough neighborhood. We are staying at the Days Inn by Graceland.
Has anyone stayed there?
Th location isn't in the extreme areas is it?
